The badge is awarded for preparing an urban design project and publicly presenting it at the exhibition “Ideas for Skuodas” on 2025-10-30. Participants has to develop a creative, analytically grounded proposal for the development of the city of Skuodas, provide real problem-solving ideas, and present them in a well-reasoned manner to the Skuodas District Municipality and the local community. The badge is issued after the event via email.
