WIL learnings “Landing your dream job in Lithuania” participant' 2024.11.12

This digital badge is awarded to VILNIUS TECH international students for the participation in guest lecture learnings "Landing your dream job in Lithuania: how to maximize your success”. The event was hosted by Work in Lithuania on 12 November 2024. Participants of the event discussed the trending industries in Lithuania that are open to international talent; learned what companies usually expect from new candidates, what are the basic employment requirements and typical recruitment process in Lithuania. They also got knowledge what makes a good CV and how to prepare for a job interview. Competencies acquired:
