Training course "Standards: application, search and citation in written works" participant

This badge is awarded for participating in the training session "Standards: application, search, and citation in written works" organised by the VILNIUS TECH Library. During the session, participants are introduced to the concept of standards, their development, and practical application. The training also provides an overview of the activities of the Lithuanian Standards Board. Participants learn how to search for standards using specific search systems, as well as how to properly cite a standard and prepare its bibliographic reference.  Competencies acquired:

Tasks

Task no.1

Evidence verified by: one activity organiser

1/2 tasks. Participate in the training course ""Standards: application, search, and citation in written works"" organized by the VILNIUS TECH Library. Training dates are published on the VILNIUS TECH website. As evidence, please indicate the exact training date you attended (for example, 20/05/2025). The task will be completed, then "Science and Innovation" badge program administrators will confirm the information you provided.  

Task no.2

Evidence verified by: one activity organiser

2/2 tasks. Specify the search systems (Lithuanian and foreign) where you can search for standards. Please provide at least 4 titles.  The task will be completed when "Science and Innovation" program administrators review and assess your response.
