Šis ženkliukas patvirtina, jog savanoris aktyviai dalyvavo mažiausiai 5 individualiose konsultacijose su mentore, kurios buvo skirtos asmeniniam tobulėjimui. Konsultacijų metu savanoris turėjo galimybę kryptingai reflektuoti apie įgytas patirtis ir žinias, apmąstyti savo stipriąsias bei tobulintinas savybes, keltis ilgalaikius ir trumpalaikius tikslus, kurti veiksmų planus, bei gilinti savęs pažinimą. Konsultacijos vyko pagal struktūruotą programą, kuri skatino savanorį tapti atsakingesniu už savo sprendimus, drąsiau prisiimti lyderystę savo srityje ir stiprinti emocinį atsparumą.

Įgytos kompetencijos ir įgūdžiai apima:

Reflektavimo įgūdžiai – gebėjimą analizuoti savo veiksmus, juos vertinti bei suprasti, kokią įtaką jie daro asmeniniam tobulėjimui.

Planavimas – kryptingą veiklos planų kūrimą, siekiant pasiekti užsibrėžtus tikslus bei geriau organizuoti laiką.

Tikslų išsikėlimas – mokėjimą formuluoti pasiekiamus, prasmingus tikslus ir juos perkelti į praktinius veiksmus.

Lyderystė – gebėjimą prisiimti atsakomybę, organizuoti komandą arba veikti savarankiškai, įkvėpti kitus ir veikti efektyviai.

(Self-)leadership
This badge confirms that the volunteer actively participated in at least five individual consultations with a mentor, which were aimed at personal development. During the consultations, the volunteer had the opportunity to reflect on the experience and knowledge gained, consider their strengths and areas for improvement, set long-term and short-term goals, create action plans, and deepen their self-awareness. The consultations were conducted according to a structured program that encouraged volunteers to become more responsible for their decisions, to take on leadership roles in their field with greater confidence, and to strengthen their emotional resilience.

The competencies and skills acquired include:

Reflection skills – the ability to analyze one's actions, evaluate them, and understand how they influence personal development.

Planning – the creation of focused action plans to achieve set goals and better organize time.

Goal setting – the ability to formulate achievable, meaningful goals and translate them into practical actions.

Leadership – the ability to take responsibility, organize a team or act independently, inspire others, and act effectively.
