Get involved in planning follow up actions at the local level to transfer learning from the study visit. Collaborate with other participants from your city and using the Knoster Model to plan your actions.The model covers five elements required for effective change: vision, skills, incentives, resources and an action plan.Summarise and present your team's result to participants of the open event at Vilnius municipality.

Earners of this badge have been involved in planning follow up actions at the local level to transfer learning from the study visit.
