There are more opportunities for professional development for youth workers and organisations to gain experience in international cooperation and strengthen their capacities.

KA2 -COOPERATION AMONG ORGANISATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS
Though KA2 -Cooperation among organisations and institutions, organisations have the opportunity to increase the quality and relevance of their activities, to develop and reinforce their networks of partners, to increase their capacity to operate jointly at the transnational level, boosting internationalisation of their activities and through exchanging or developing new practices and methods as well as sharing and confronting ideas.

EUROPEAN YOUTH TOGETHER
European Youth Together projects aim to create networks promoting regional partnerships, to be run closely with young people from across Europe (EU Member States and third countries associated with the programme). The networks should organise exchanges, promote training (for instance for youth leaders) and allow young people to set up joint projects, all of which can be done through physical and online activities.

This educational activity was created to support youth workers' competence development in the "Programme design" area and is part of the Playlist. Playlist through its activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally:
Competence in action (behaviour): Involves the young people in designing the programme, where possible
Knowledge of the values and key principles of non-formal learning
Willingness to research and stay up-to-date with the newest developments in non-formal learning-related practices
Skill in developing meaningful programmes that motivate and engage young people
Ability to create conditions for young people to feel and show solidarity with different values, beliefs and worldviews
 Skill of identifying external influences on the development of the practice of youth workers

International Collaborator Optené e badge akí

This badge shows that its earners have an understanding of professional development opportunities for youth workers and organisations and how they can facilitate international cooperation and enhance their capacities. Badge earners can show a keen understanding of the initiatives under Key Action 2 (KA2) - Cooperation among organizations and institutions, European Youth Together and they are aware of the EU Youth Strategy. 
To earn the  badge, one must demonstrate:
- Understand the opportunities provided to youth workers and organisations for professional development and international collaboration.
 - Understand European Youth Together aims to create networks promoting regional partnerships, to be run in close cooperation with young people from across Europe
- Demonstrated advocacy or active involvement in fostering international collaboration, policy development, and youth involvement in decision-making processes.
