Study visit of Connected Cities of Learning

This study visit will is an opportunity for organisations from Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Cagliari (Sardinia, Italy) to best understand good practices they wish to implement in their cities. The participants will meet and learn good practices from the experience of organisations who have been through the process of establishing Vilnius City of Learning. The participants will be able to see how it works in practice and even test the platform for Cities of Learning in real-time.

Get involved in planning follow up actions at the local level to transfer learning from the study visit. Collaborate with other participants from your city and using the Knoster Model to plan your actions.The model covers five elements required for effective change: vision, skills, incentives, resources and an action plan.Summarise and present your team's result to participants of the open event at Vilnius municipality.

They collaborated with other participants from their city and used the Knoster Model for action planning. The group work results were summarised and presented to participants of the international study visit of ‘Connected Cities of Learning’.
