Connected Cities of Learning. Action planning

Action planning

Badge informationEndorsements
Earners of this badge have been involved in planning follow up actions at the local level to transfer learning from the study visit. They collaborated with other participants from their city and used the Knoster Model for action planning. The model covers five elements required for effective change: vision, skills, incentives, resources and an action plan.
The group work results were summarised and presented to participants of the international study visit of ‘Connected Cities of Learning’.
This badge with the enclosed evidence represents how the learning was achieved and reflection on the learning process during the international study visit. The self-assessment was enhanced through dialogue with other participants.
