Join us for an afternoon of meditation, Hatha/Vinyasa flow and relaxation. Heating the body through strong, mindful movements, this workshop, suitable for practitioners of all levels, will guide you through a sequence designed to open and restore the energy centers of the body. In the cold winter months, we can often bury ourselves beneath layers and hibernate inside, come to this class ready to shake off any stagnant energy, leaving feeling refreshed and renewed. The workshop will incorporate a blend of meditation, Pranayama (breathwork), Asana, and mantra. See you on the mat!
